How can I purchase a Premier, Lifestyle or Mallorca First pass?
Passes can be purchased via our official app from the 1.7 as our app is golive on itunes and android play store. Once you've downloaded the app, follow the instructions to select and pay for your pass. In the meantime, you can now also buy your pass in advance on our website and secure your place, as availability is limited.
What is the difference between the Premier, Lifestyle and Mallorca First passes?
The Mallorca First pass allows access to Mallorca First category activities each day, while the Lifestyle or Premier passes allow access to more exclusive activities, with the option to perform up to three activities per day (Premier : 1 Lifestyle AND 2 Mallorca First activities) and (Lifestyle : 3 Mallorca First activities)
Is the KiddieCare pass available for purchase?
The KiddieCare pass is not yet available, but we are working to include it in our offerings as soon as possible. Stay updated through our app for updates.
How does the QR code work with my pass?
Each pass is linked to a unique QR code that must be scanned to access activities. Make sure your phone is charged and you can present the QR code of your whole family member at each activity.
Can I cancel or modify my activity booking?
Cancellations or modifications can be made via the app up to 24 hours before the activity directly with our sport partners without penalty.
Are there additional fees for some activities?
"All activities have negotiated prices for each pass level (Lifestyle, Premier or Mallorca First). Customers who purchase a pass for themselves and their family can enjoy all the activities specified in the app without any additional fees.
What should I do if my QR code does not work onsite?
If there is an issue with your QR code, please contact support through the app or use our live chat feature for assistance.
How can I use WhatsApp to communicate with activity partners?
Once you book an activity through our app, an automated message is generated and sent directly from our app to our sports partners via WhatsApp. This message automatically includes details relevant to your booking, such as the membership level you hold and the requested date for the activity, ensuring a seamless and effort-free connection. This feature allows you to initiate communication effortlessly and coordinate specifics such as the time, date, and location of the activity directly with the partner. Once connected on WhatsApp, you can discuss and agree on all necessary arrangements, making sure everything is set for your activity according to your membership privileges and requirements. This functionality ensures all pertinent information is communicated clearly and agreed upon in advance of your arrival.
What happens if I do not show up for a booked activity?
If you fail to show up for an activity without cancelling within the prescribed timeframe via WhatsApp, you may face a no-show penalty as outlined in the terms of your pass. This penalty involves blocking your pass for the day of the no-show, preventing access to any other activities scheduled for that same day. However, our 24-hour change policy offers you the flexibility to handle late cancellations without incurring any charges, ensuring you have the freedom to adjust your plans during your stay.
How can I get assistance if there is an issue with a booking or an activity?
Our customer support team is available via the app and WhatsApp to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Are MydianPasses transferable?
Passes are not transferable and must be used only by the person registered at the time of purchase.
How can I view the activities available in my pass?
All activities included in your pass can be viewed in our app. The information about the activities is updated in real-time, ensuring you have access to the most current offerings. Even before purchasing your pass, you can view the types of activities available, although the exact names of our partners are not disclosed until after your purchase. This allows you to know what to expect as a client before committing to a pass.
How can I book activities using my pass?
Once you have purchased your pass, you can book activities directly through our app according to your schedule with a minimum of 24h in advance. The app provides detailed information about each activity, including availability and booking options, making it easy to plan and secure your spots in the activities you're interested in.
Is there an age limit for the passes?
The Mallorca First, Premier and Lifestyle passes are available for customers aged 6 and over, while the KiddieCare pass, once available, will be for children under 6 years old.
What should I do if a sport partner cancels an activity?
If an activity is canceled by a sport partner, you will be promptly notified via WhatsApp. Following the notification, you can either reschedule the activity for another time or choose an alternative activity that is available. Our app makes it easy to manage these adjustments directly.
What happens if the activity is rescheduled beyond the validity of my pass?
Should a rescheduled activity fall outside the validity period of your pass, you can still participate in the activity. In such special cases, please use our feedback form available in the app to request an exception. We aim to ensure that you can enjoy the activity without any hassle, even if it's rescheduled for a date beyond your pass's original validity.
